Glen's passion for the HVAC industry began at the age of 16. What started as a curiosity about how mechanical systems work quickly grew into a lifelong career dedicated to providing comfort, efficiency, and reliability to homeowners and businesses.

Determined to build a strong foundation in the trade, Glen attended Porter and Chester Institute, where he received formal training in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. He then spent years gaining hands-on experience in the field, diagnosing complex issues, installing advanced equipment, and developing the expertise needed to deliver exceptional service.

In 2019, Glen founded GH Technical Services with a simple mission: provide honest, dependable HVAC solutions backed by quality workmanship and outstanding customer care. Since then, the company has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

Today, Glen combines formal education with years of real-world experience to oversee every aspect of the business. Whether designing a complete system replacement, troubleshooting a challenging service issue, or managing a complex commercial project, his commitment remains the same—treat every customer like family and ensure the job is done right the first time.

Under Glen's leadership, GH Technical Services continues to deliver reliable comfort solutions while building lasting relationships with clients throughout the community.

Chief Comfort Officer (CCO)

Ozzy joined GH Technical Services with one important mission: making sure everyone stays comfortable. While the rest of the team focuses on heating, cooling, and indoor air quality, Ozzy oversees company morale, customer relations, and professional-grade relaxation.

As Chief Comfort Officer, Ozzy spends his days testing airflow from the best spots on the office floor, conducting thorough lunchbox inspections, and welcoming visitors with his signature tail wag. Although he was bred for mountain life, Ozzy strongly believes that a perfectly climate-controlled environment is the key to happiness.

Known for his friendly personality and unwavering dedication to comfort, Ozzy plays an important role in keeping the team smiling and reminding everyone to enjoy the simple things in life.

Installation Technician

Marvin Ceveda has been working in the HVAC industry for over five years, building a reputation for quality workmanship and attention to detail. He takes pride in delivering clean, textbook-quality installations and approaches every project with determination and a commitment to doing his best.

One of the most rewarding parts of Marvin’s job is helping customers find relief when their heating or cooling problems are resolved. He understands how important comfort is to a home or business and works hard to ensure every installation is completed correctly and efficiently.

Originally coming to the United States at the age of 15, Marvin has developed a strong work ethic and a passion for the trade through years of hands-on experience. His dedication to quality and customer satisfaction makes him a valuable member of the GH Technical Services team.

Alexander Rivera

Alexander Rivera

Service Technician

Alexander Rivera brings enthusiasm, technical knowledge, and a customer-first mindset to every service call. After studying HVAC in school, he entered the field to gain hands-on experience and continues to build on the strong foundation he developed through his education and practical training.

Alexander's favorite aspect of HVAC work is service and diagnostics. He enjoys the challenge of investigating system issues, identifying the root cause of a problem, and restoring comfort for customers. For him, there's nothing more satisfying than finding a solution and giving customers peace of mind by clearly explaining what went wrong and how it was repaired.

Customer communication is one of Alexander's greatest strengths. He believes homeowners should understand what is happening with their systems, so he takes the time to explain repairs, demonstrate thermostat operation, and keep customers informed throughout the service process. His approachable personality and commitment to transparency help customers feel comfortable and confident in the work being performed.

His dedication to continuous learning and active lifestyle reflects the energy and commitment he brings to the GH Technical Services team every day.
